What this tool is for
A CSV-to-PDF export produces a readable snapshot of rows and columns for sharing or printing. It is a presentation format; recipients cannot treat the resulting table as an editable CSV without extracting the data again.
How to use it
- Import the CSV and check header names and column count.
- Generate the PDF representation with the available export control.
- Review page breaks and narrow columns before printing or sending.
Example workflow
A simple shipment list with order number, destination and status can make a useful one-page printout when the columns fit the page.
Important limitations
- Wide tables can wrap, shrink or clip depending on layout.
- Use the original CSV when recipients need to filter, sort or recompute data.
