What this tool is for
The utilities index groups one-task pages by output: PDF and Word viewing, image conversion, CSV cleanup, file compression, media conversion and printing. Direct links are convenient when you already know the desired end format and do not need a full editor.
How to use it
- Identify the input format from the filename extension and the program that created it.
- Choose the matching tool and inspect any file type or size restrictions.
- Download the output and confirm it opens in the application you intend to use.
Example workflow
If a client sends a phone photo in HEIC format but a form accepts JPG, choose HEIC to JPG instead of opening the full PDF editor.
Important limitations
- Renaming a file extension is not the same as converting its underlying format.
- Repeated conversion between lossy media formats can reduce image or audio quality.
